So glad you have made the choice to invest in yourself and have chosen me as your guide through this journey. As with everything else in this world there are few Terms & Conditions for choosing to work with me:

• 24-Hour Cancellation & Re-Scheduling Policy: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to reschedule your session efficiently while being mindful of my time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the session being counted as completed.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront before our journey together can begin. This ensures a committed and seamless coaching process for both of us.

• Refund Policy: All payments made for coaching sessions are non-refundable. I commit to providing the highest quality service and expect the same commitment from you.

• Confidentiality: All information shared during our time together is strictly confidential. I respect your privacy and ensure the protection of any personal information disclosed.

• Contract Agreement: A signed contract agreement is required prior to the commencement of our first coaching session. This contract outlines our mutual obligations and ensures a clear understanding of the coaching process. This will be provided to you via email at the time you sign up for your coaching package.

• Use of materials provided: Any materials provided during our sessions are exclusively for your personal use. Redistribution, reproduction, or public sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
